Jo Ingersoll, who was charged with the murder of Nehemiah Ham, several years ago in Ripley Township, and who escaped from jail previous to his trial, has returned and is now at his father’s, about eleven miles west of this city. He telegraphed to his father from Cairo, Ill., to send him money sufficient to take him home. He is said to be in the last stages of consumption and cannot survive much longer. - s
